Lol i love it man! Yeah i started in 1998 and finding seeds was a bitch. Hell finding a bag of weed was damn hard also. Kind bud as we called was rare as hell! We only had high times. I loved that magazine and i started a job at a local plant nursery in the city. Thats how i learned to grow plants. There was this awnry old guy that taught me a lot of growing skills. I understand now that im older. But i love the old stories about how you guys all did it. I mean you have to give credit to the old guys. I mean the original badasses really. I mean all the old timers were growing shit before i was born and doing crazy shit. See thats the problem with the generations they dont give respect to the elders. Were not Old guys we were doing it before you for got here and were born. So all my elders get my respect thats way it should be!
Yep, Prey…started growing in 1971, probably did my first inside grow with 1000 watt MH about 1975. One bulb was $300 and the fixtures were around $600. That was serious money back then.
We mostly grew outside, and kept our fingers crossed we didn’t get caught.

Damn i wasnt even born until 1976! Respect my man!
I will definitely be checking out the promix, I am beyond ready for these plants to harvest and to start my next with proper equipment and education. I’m not sure how these plants are still around at this point lol.
Well this is an amazing place to learn how to grow cannabis. Like a family here really. Loads of talented growers here. Decades of knowledge between them to absorb and learn from. Im quite partial to this forum.
Just some update photos.
They tend to droop every other day or so, but nothing other than that. They have lots of water
Looks ok hard to say until it grows a tiny bit more.
Yep they do that, nothing wrong. You can either water every day a small amount, and keep it evenly moist, or flood and drain. With organic soil you have to do the more finicky every day water and evenly moist or you kill the microbes that break down the organic nutes into usable form for the plants. They look great! and your cropping looks fine too. Unless you muck up the two new sprouts on each opposing leaf, you are good to go.
