I started growing in 2017 with a 4x4 tent and 1000 HPS. My son had just left home and I thought converting his room into a grow space would be a good way to avoid the empty nest syndrome. After I transplanted, I discovered that I had accidentally bought coco instead of soil. That sent me to Google for research and info which introduced me growers forums. I quickly soaked up knowledge and info, becoming obsessed with my new hobby. I tried hydro (DWC) but we didn’t play well. Coco is my comfort zone and I’ve recently been toying with SIP methods (with a diy octopot) and bottom feeding (autopots)
I’ve grown autos and photos, and I feed with the Lucas formula plus calmag. I add hydroguard with each feeding and use flowering supplements. I train with LST and super cropping.
I’ve grown too many strains to list and have enough seeds to last years, however that doesn’t stop the wanting more.
Oh, the HPS is gone (too hot) and there are 2 260xl Quanum Boards in the tent and one in a 2x4 closet.
