Hi, I’m Jim Hipple and presently working for SaferGro that specializes with Organic Products to assist you in achieving a healthy, compliant grow.

I retired from being a cut flower grower in Carpinteria CA. for 35 years where I raised a family of 3 beautiful girls .Married to my wife Sara for 41 years, we traveled the western US for a year after retirement,and resettled in the Ventura Oxnard area. I then was given this opportunity to come on board with SaferGro in the spring of 2018. The company has been here in Ventura CA. for over 25 years.

I had always been in the cut flower part of agriculture and never dreamed I would be involved in the Hemp and Cannabis Industry.
Taking this new position at SaferGro I found that our products were being used in the cannabis industry . My further investigations into the growing end of Hemp and cannabis and the benefits that people can gain from these plants, eventually changed my thinking .
