Hi, I am selling 2 adjacent properties in a premium corner lot on the i-80 next to Vallejo 709-711 Admiral Callaghan Ln, Vallejo, CA 94591. The lot size of the 2 properties is 1.8 acres and contains 2 buildings, currently empty. One is suitable for a dispensary 5,500 sqf., the city will most probably give approval because we already had a dispensary who did all the DD but fell out of contract for financial reasons. Secondly, there is a large adjacent building of 15,700 sqf, which used to be a furniture store. I think could be suitable for indoor growing. We are looking to sell or lease.
