The bark is really red like the stems on that plant.

So yesterday I took this plant and put it in a larger pot.
But I laid it on its side.
24 hours later…
That big hump is the rootball kinda covered up.
I had to stand on a bucket to get this pic of the TRH.
She’s looking a little burnt also.
She’s starting to consume her bottom leaves.

Looks like hes doing HST heavy stress training. If you lay the plant on its side it reduces the height and makes the entire plant become only tops. Its an interesting technique. I have a friend that grows and hes in a illegal state. And he cant grow in doors. So he grows his plants in a square shape and staked down to the ground. He trains it to grow low and long.
Heres an example pic of low trellis plants one of my favorite pics.

A lot of times outdoor growers will plant and stake their plants at a 45° angle pointing north. This gives the plant the maximum southern exposure. It will also produce much more volume at a lower height.

I tried that one year, planted it then laid it over….started staking it down with those plastic coated chain link fence aluminum ties. The damn thing got so big I ran out of a pack of 100. Then just let it go lol. It still wound up about 4.5 ft tall all of it.

Yeah. What everyone else said 
she’s pointing north, but i didn’t stake her down. I’ve staked some plants down before but it was too much of a pain to work around the plant.
Plus i like her bend. 
We’re supposed to be getting heavy rain and showers starting tonight and going through Saturday morning. If need be, i can always rip the ISK out of the ground and move it under cover. Probably the bent one and the Widow Maker also.

We are on day 4 of a 5-day streak of 90* weather.
So the Lucifer’s Big Buddy was supposed to be an Autoflower and it showed signs of flower around 07/25. So… 31 days of flower? Looking like week 4?

This little plant was growing UNDER the bent plant in between the bricks and the ground and drinking all of the plants runoff 
The leaves are brown and feel soft and pleather-y.

Does one need to have a setup to help hold the weight of the buds. Or do you need like a scrog net for autos as they don’t yield as much im confused???

I guess i wasnt very explanatory. Obviously the autos yield alot less so do they still need a net or help for flowering my outdoor photo shit i ran years back was real strong stems. These auto stema are kinda lean or will they strengthen through transition to flower??? Anyone’s input is welcome and appreciated

I use plant yoyo’s to help with heavy buds. I’m not sure I would scrog an auto, stress will cause them to flower or hermie.

I like to use colored tomato cages. But you should plan on putting the cages early in veg so you can finagle the branches through as they grow.
These are the 58” cages.
The second plant (Lucifer’s Big Buddy) is a cross between Auto Giant Devil and Auto Bubblegum. I was lucky enough to get some seeds from @repins12 .
Next year, I’m going to scrog another LBB. I’m not sure how yet, but it’s going to be a 4’ x 6’ frame made from pvc pipes and something like a semi-stretchy cargo net (like for the back of a van). It’ll be in the back yard somewhere 
@ambitiousgrower I would follow nacho’s advice. I reeeeally like training and messing with my plants too much.
I tried super cropping her early in July and she stood straight back up.
Yes they will, but not as much as I’d like. Here’s a different strain and some of the buds are too heavy for their branches.
I had to jam a gardening rod down into this pot to support the main stem. You can see a few of the branches have buds that have bent due to the mass.
I’m going to go have to take a peek at your page.
