So anyway

Here’s the spot…

I want to build a scrog frame like this. And at a height that I can scoot underneath the net on my back and (somewhat) comfortably work on the branches.

Any suggestions?

Fellas, can you find someone to help @ambitiousgrower figure out how to make a new journal for his grow?

Make one like this without the bent attachment, just put legs on it instead. This one is 24”x24” just make it the size you want.

Keeping them alive just out of spite is directly out of my PlayBook… LMAO

When u said stretching net out of the back of the van… for some reasons I envisioned the part in silence of the lambs when Buffalo Bill pushes the girl into his van. LOL - “it puts the fertilizer on its skin or else it gets the hose again”

I understand that you want to keep those plants alive throughout the winter. Your plants look healthy and happy. They also look like they are week three of flower. You can still keep your two plants alive throughout the winter, but you have to start THE DAY you read this.

I love that your plants are getting real sunlight, but you have to ensure that those plants get at least 18 hours of light every single day starting now. If you can give them 24 hours of light every day, even better.

I grew a clone in the corner of my living room over winter. It got natural sunlight for a few hours every day and was right next to a lamp that I left on 24/7. It was NOT a really healthy plant, I just needed to keep it alive until spring. I up-potted her in the spring and she grew into a beautiful little tree.

I’m going to find a pic…

But before we go down that rabbithole, you have to send those plants into veg NOW.

You do not need to buy anything fancy at this point. Any lamp or light source will do. What you actually need to do is ensure that those plants never get more than six hours of darkness in a row.

And in the meantime, can we see photos of the pots that your plants are in?

And what kind of soil do you have them in?

I don’t see any nutrient deficiencies, they look healthy and happy. How big are the pots? You’ll want to keep the pots in the one or two gallon size. Small and easily carryable is what you will appreciate throughout the winter.

If you want to keep the plant alive throughout the winter it’s gonna be easy. But trust me, it’s a f*cking marathon. And fun.

Thank you. I’m lucky enough to be a kept man and, I can garden all I want…

as long I keep the house clean and meals on time :joy:

I have no idea what veg is.

I posted a picture in “show us your buds”, it shouldn’t be too far from the end.

I don’t think there are any nutrient deficiencies and my pots are indeed “big”, compared to other people’s images. Weight is not an issue.

Sun light is not my biggest fear right now, it’s temperature, we are on the verge of hitting below 0°c.

I am being patient, once I have the privilege of making topics I’m going to post my plants, detailed images, questions ect. I want to have everything in one section. Hopefully it doesn’t take weeks

@PreyBird1 @happilyretired @chrisj could one of you please recommend a friendly website about cannabis for beginners?

Also…

Here’s the daylength info for where I can guess he’s from.

I highlighted and circled the individual days where the day length dropped below the current hour.

@FrenchFarmer I’ve invited a few other growers for their advice. I’d listen to any of them.

Hey

I would start with doing the cannabis 101 course on GN Universty, eventhough its an introduction to indoor growing, it goes through all the basic concepts and terms for growing cannabis.

We were expecting a run of crappy weather, starting last weekend up though today. On Sunday, I dug up the pots that were in the soil and put three in the shed (the photos)

and two on the back porch (autos).

I opened the shed door for a few hours on the days the rain wasn’t pouring down.

I watered them all good on Sunday and I haven’t watered them since. They’re still f-ing heave with water lol. I’ve been following the hygrometer readings from both sets of plants.

I’m not happy with the humidity, but at least they never got rained on and had to sit there soaking.

I’m probably going to leave them where they are until Sunday.

I’m coming back later to edit…
