Damn that sucks brother . I’ve had pretty good luck with autos , I’ve got a northern lights auto that is the only one so far with issues. No herm just no size , 3-4 inches tall and a marble size top bud. I’ve tried 3. Same thing. This current auto is a monster … I just run them 18/6 whole grow usually try keep temps mid 70’s or lower . Set humidity to try keep vpd in check and just let them go and do their thing. Because I know they can be sensitive lol occasionally I deleaf during flower a bit just to clean up the center for light penetration and air flow and that’s it. I like the quick turnaround to fill some jars with variety , gives me more time to focus on photo projects

This was best auto…then i decided to pollinate 1 tiny lowest branch with some femanized pollen. Well then the entire plant hermied? I have never seen that happen before??? Very confusing?

Ok cut down the rest of the plants. And put 5 more plants into flower. The last ones fan leaves really dried out and its hella hard to get them off the plant.

That’s crazy. What strain is that? I’ve never heard or seen anything like that. Worst Issue I’ve ever had is a micro auto. You definitely got some nice baseball bat sized buds 
my monster auto only has long pool stick handle size buds and a lot of them:joy:

It was a free femanized girl scout cookies. The buds look great just some crappy leaves on it. And after i started flushing the plant ate the rest of the leaves and they really browned out.

Wow. Sound like some crappy genetics. I’ve gotten picky on breeders I’ve got freebies with like seed stockers as the breeder and not sure if they buy old stuff or reject stuff from other breeders but not had good luck , the northern lights midget autos were from them. Some freebies I’ve had good luck with and some not so good , hit or miss probably why they are freebies, lately I’ve only been having luck with grow buddy seeds , seed bank seeds haven’t been the greatest for me

I just grew out a berry bomb auto it was ok. I tried to sprout 2 free seeds from a vendor and 1 seed did nothing. The other one tried to live for 3 weeks it died. Now im concerned about the seeds i actually paid for not being viable now. I only bought the seeds because i wanted to try the maui trueblood. Its supposed to bleed Red when cut and it was charity sale to help the Hawaii fire survivors and to help rebuild. It was a great price and it was for charity and i wanted them anyways. And so seeds are always a huge gamble!

I know the gamble. Lol. Now I’m hoping the packs I bought for Perma Dream pop. I did go through a different seed bank for these. It was recommended by a buddy who uses them. Any more I’ve been more about private smaller breeders for seeds. I do some testing for one of my buddies …I have dragons blood hash plant that supposed to have certain phenos that bleed red , I have not grown any yet. Kinda hoping I find one I’m pretty sure there reg seeds too

Damn this hydro stretch is killing me here. I never expected this much strech and next run i might have to flower them when there 1 foot tall. Ive never done 4 plants like this in a 4x4 tent. I got huge buds hanging and stems hanging everywhere. The 1 plant made literally the smallest buds ive seen and is taking up space. So im literally going to try Wrangle this beast plant in a little today. Some of the plant is almost done and half isnt because there not as much light there. So were gonna have to partial harvest as the buds become ripe. Thats what you get when you fail to get the plants tied down and in the trelis. I just got some new adjustable cross bars for the tent so i can get the trelis in the tent properly. Now im seeing a down side to the 2 in one tent im using. It’s due to the front mini tent portion, it has a velcro wall section and they made the velcro attachment line behind the bars of that mini tent but the problem is now those bars are also the other tent sides poles so now you have a nice wall blocking the entire wall side. And to be able to use the front tent part as a clone or vegging tent you have to seal the wall section off with silver/foil vent tape to prevent light leaks from the velcro. And they never designed the wall fabrics tops or bottoms for the pole being in the way se you get werid corner light leaks.
There is no way in here to get to any of the buds back in the tent the plants way too tall and has hit the light 3x. I super cropped the crap out of it. And its really turning into a huge nightemare! Im going to have my wife go in below and im going to try and go above and together try and tie this thing together some how and at the same time try and keep all the sticky trichromes off our arms and clothes. Fuck me man i have cats they have hair and i may have to wear my pne of my tissue culture suits in case because i a hairy guy myself lol. Im going to wear my farmer armour arm sleeves to keep the resin off the arms.
You can see some buds hanging out of the top of the tent. I lifted the light so high it cannot get any higher and the light block top rail access. This is going to be a sticky tricky one for sure. Its actually pretty embarrassing it got to this point honestly. But i just dont have time. After work i have 3.5 hrs to shower, water plants, eat dinner. I wont make this mistake again with the hydro.
look at this plant here i cand do anything here. One plant has literally fallen on the other plant because i have no way to pull the plant against the wall. I think i might take this tent out. And switch it for something different.

Definitely chaos in that tent. I take my middle bar out and usually open up the tent.not use the small side , it’s a great concept but some times hard to control temps on the small side.And yes light leaks You can see in my pics new tent 5x4 2in1, I have the shelf set up at the moment because I only have the one monster auto going. And the new one are just tiny yet. The center bar will come out and the shelf will come down shortly. . I have a gorilla clone tent i normally use for propagation and clones . Do you raise and lower your lights or they set where they’re at? I do for photos to help control stretch , light close and they seem to stack short spacing between nodes till ready to flip to flower . I will then raise up the light, they do there 2 week stretch and usually end up about the right height for the tent. Once it slows I’ll lower light and just keep it adjusted to keep them maintained , usually works for me. Autos I set the light high and let them go because they are usually small to begin with. currently this Dosi walker is the exception and the biggest auto I’ve ever grown, i apparently have the majority of the seeds that were made , so I’ll be making some more to restock my buddy that made them originally

They move but the plants stretched. I cut holes in the cent roof/ceiling and pulled the liggt to the ceiling 8’ max!
