P&L Grow Systems came about through a combined interest in horticulture and technology. With a particular interest in greenhouse growing and small indoor grow spaces and how to best control and maximise the potential of the space being used. One key element to success is knowing what is going on in the growing environment and being able to control it, from temperature and humidity readings to lighting and watering control to name just a few.
With the introduction of the Raspberry Pi and other low cost computing components combined with our generally curious nature we went about building a solution for ourselves. We quickly realised that if we needed something low cost and functionally rich there would be others with the same requirement – P&L Grow Systems was born.
P&L Grow Systems offers a modular based system which can be easily expanded on as an when the need arises. The software is being constantly developed and updated to reflect changes we feel are required (we use the system ourselves) and based on feedback and feature/module requests from our clients.
