I just use fans since I run l.e.d and I’m in Florida so it doesn’t really get cold here wish I could be more help
From personal experience I can say that you should be careful with the air conditioning. But if you do it right, your plants will be forever grateful to you. For a 4x4 growing tent, you can try a portable AC. I heard from somewhere that you should take your grow room’s total watts and multiply this number by 4, and you’ll get the minimum amount of BTUs of air conditioning that you need. I got a good friend who consulted this company https://www.socool.sg/ and they provided him with great service! So it got me thinking, maybe I should ask for the assistance as well, or just buying a portable AC will do it.
So what I do is all spring an summer I use a residential AC unit in the window of the grow rooom and I have a portable ac / humidifier/purifier in the 10 x 10 tent and I have an inline ac/humidifier in the 10 X10 also and it keeps my whole room and tent between 70 an 80 degrees
And in the winter I put a window fan in where the ac is
Very nice i am able to keep my grow at 75-77 without any a/c and 1 big exhaust fan and a couple clip on fans. Im a huge fan of instead of less i want more so i buy the biggest fan i can fit and plug it into a fan speed controller so i can dim it in a sense lol. Same with my lights i build them way over powered so i can dim them.
Im jus getting use to my new set up and controller
What brand and model friend?
So am I. Switching to LED’s after using hps and mh for so many years has been a bitch. Lol.
