I’m about to begin as Operations Manager of a brand-new greenhouse. As winter approaches, what advice or tips do you have for avoiding winter-related pitfalls? (whatever those might be) Or what special challenges would you anticipate during the winter months in Colorado?

Colorado is a unique environment where you can see 4 seasons in 1 day. be constantly vigilant and proactive. SOP’s and IPM will be your best friend. assuming you have a good controller and ability to regulate temps, humidity, and co2 keep an eye on the plants. a concrete slab is also a huge tool for sanitation. You got this!
Can you quote and supply a 1 acre greenhouse Saw Tooth Model 32’ wide with 12’ eave with Lumo Panel or similar solar panel glazing to be built in Southern Ontario, Canada?
in regards to Cannabis production the market has made a major swing from minimally controlled quonsets to taller gutter connectable, highly controlled environments. we offer about 12 models all gutter connectables are available with internal automated Light Dep and our North Slope is a quonset with internal automated Light Dep

I’m curious about the interface between AgraTech greenhouses and systems manufactured by companies who specialize in irrigation, environmental controls, automation, and so on. Are your greenhouses equipped to “plug-and-play” with industry-standard systems in these categories? Thanks again, and happy Halloween!
Makes sense that the industry would shift toward more precise control, especially given the number of regulations that have been implemented into most states’ cannabis programs. This control is offered with a greenhouse construction that is controllable.
