Anyone planning on entering?
If I lived in the area, I’d love to try my hand at it. I have an amazing recipe for pesto, and I think a little flower or extract would blend perfectly into it.

That’s exciting @MyStache! What are you doing to prepare for the event? It looks like you have to be ready for any of a dozen different cuisine styles that are chosen at random.
I once had crab cakes cooked in green butter. They where outstanding with or without the green butter.
