I think you mite have an infestation of spider mites. Look under the leaves, little white spots may be eggs and mites are hard to see without a magnifying glass, look for tiny black dots.

Sorry I thought I added that pic. Nothing that’s what has me stumped.

Still looks like spider mites to me, even though the bottom of that leaf you’re not seeing anything.
I would remove the leaf in the picture below. Holding it and cutting the stem. Take the whole leaf out put it upside down on something and take as close of a photo of it as you can that is crystal clear. Then zoom in and check it out. Unless you have a scope. Then if you see nothing turn it over and try to wipe the top off. It looks like insect problem to me.

Stylet oil Is my absolute favorite, soft body insect annihilator. I battle mites every year outdoor, and that’s what I use. It’s one of the few things you can use it all the way up to the end of flower. :+1:t3::v:t3:

Do you have any Captain Jack’s dead bug? That’s organic and it will help with the mites.
I don’t know what you have so I don’t know what to tell you. Sorry, if you have things around that you think might work. Let us know and will let you know if it’s OK or not.

This is what i use. The bits are just to show where i found the answer. The bottle of liquid is the concentrated verison of the dry material with less effort. 6 drips takes care of 500 gallons of water. It works well. No residual. Just put a drop in each time you add liquid anything.

All natural, Biological Mosquito Control is an E.P.A. registered, biological larvicide ideal to prevent mosquitoes & fungus gnats from breeding. Quickly controls insect larvae within 24 hours, killing developing mosquitoes before they become breeding, biting adults, including those which may transmit West Nile Virus and Equine Encephalitis, and those which may transmit Heartworm Disease to dogs and cats.

Microbe-Lift Biological Insect Control is a concentrated liquid formula specially formulated for hydroponics and grow facilities, decorative water gardens, fountains and areas where standing water exists.

All natural & non-toxic, it can be applied to areas used by or in contact with humans,
animals, horses, livestock, pets, birds or wildlife.

Dosage rate for treating fungus gnats:
For light infestations, use: 2.5 – 5ml (.5 – 1 tsp) per gallon.
For heavy infestations, use:
10 – 20ml (2 -4 tsp) per gallon.
If larvae are present in the soil/growth media, apply as a drench sufficiently to wet the surface of the media.
To help prevent infestations, use:
2.5 – 5ml (.5 – 1tsp) per gallon and apply weakly.

Holy shit mites are bad news. Get the stylette oil or horticulture oil same thing really like @happilyretired said. Just food grade mineral oil. And you have to spray every 3 days because the thats the mites egg cycle. Very important to spray. And remove all affected leaves they got eggs on them. And dont let the infected plants touch other plants. Or the mite will go there also. You got a problem that needs to cleaned up quick. Damn mites shit…

Hard to tell 100% from the pics, but it doesn’t really look like leaf damage — more like something going on at the surface of the soil. Sometimes you’ll see odd patches or crusting from salts building up, especially with mixes that have amendments plus added coco. If it’s not spreading to the plant itself, I’d just keep an eye on it and make sure your watering is balanced. A light top-dress of fresh soil or adding mulch can help even things out too.

Just answered my problem. Best good news. Had some outside near morning glory where the glory became covered with that white speck. Doesn’t wipe away. Wasn’t aware so many could take over. Turned my glories from beautiful to barley alive. And to think this beautiful plant, Ice, could have been extraordinary had I known. Thanks guys!

Those are spidermites. Spidermites don’t always stay under. They will also stay on top of leaves i have seen it a lot. Usually if there is a pretty good infestation they will do that also. Mites tend to start out on like a homebase leaf and expand from there.

Lol you havent seen anything yet. Mites are a very difficult to kill. They have a 3 day egg cycle. Outdoor plants should never be brought into a house grow. You get mites in there and then the fights on. I hate mites they can destroy a weed plant, stunt it and they have silk webbing they use and im not smoking silk or mites and its near impossible to get off a bud if they web over them. I would highly recommend you research a little about that nasty bug and what type you have? 2 spotted mite “the borg" your screwed. Your gonna need a jewlers loop or magnifying glass. There micro bastards. Female mites reproduce non stop for life once they get pregnant/mate? And 3 out of every mite born is female! Mites are an APEX pest they need to be taken dead seriously. Otherwise they will never leave the grow. Mites are pest spray resistant and become imune to sprays. And you need to alternate to different sprays because they get immune. Plants touching each other are plant bridges and paths to infest the other plants. There nasty little things and out of having mites like 7 times and winning 4 times and losing 3 times to the battle of the MITES. I dont play around.

If the mites web the bud its game over. Cannabis plants are delicious to mites. And they like hot and dry climate. If infested raise the humidity to 80% this will stifle the breeding speed and then remove all infested leaves. Anything below the canopy is bad like shoots or any leaves. Then you want to spray the plant off in the shower seriously not kidding about that. And thats if you can get the plant to a shower or outside to wash the mites off. Then start treat ment. And this all needs to happen before the plants are in flower. You dont want to spray in flower. Mites that are super agressive can take over a plant in 2-3 weeks. And it usually happens in late flower or beginning of of week 3 of flower. They like quite hard to reach places to infest first. There just mites right…….. godamn nightmares. Microscopic nightmares. I have really good eyesight and have 17/17 vision and i can see those micro bastards pretty easily and im always inspecting the plants for those type of pests. You have to have an integrated pest managment system implemented or you risk infestation. Easier to spray like you have bugs to prevent it. Than it is to try and fight infestations. Tiny plants are easy to treat. Big plants are hard to deal with. If you dont get the spray on the mite it wont die. Easy to miss mites on stems leaves and they like to hide under the leaves making it worse to try and kill them. Man i hooe you dont really have mites and just some thrips @gw26

Thanks for the info, they were bad but nothing like your pics. I researched this issue, turns out high humidity is their enemy. Man do we have humidity here!!! Gulf Coast. Well, I pulled any suspect leaves and sprayed Capt. Jack Deadbug everywhere I could within reason! This plant has vigor, and the buds are big and thick and sugary. I’m out of smoke and it’s hard not pulling it. Looks like some Christmas weed maybe.

Glad you to took appropriate measures. Now just keep up on them and get a ipm plan in place. Im about to harvest like 6 plants and reset and sterilized the grow. I have 45 plants in my nursery tent and 22 living strains/cultivars in my library. Today im smoking my Runtz strain from 2017. I made seeds from it in regs and femmanized before i was in a bad motorcycle accident or that strain would be lost now. Its 6:46 am time for a fat joint.

Ya, I’m staged up now. I just retired and this inside is a first. I set two power flower RQS but one is a auto? It happens I guess. Auto what? I don’t know. Anyway also set a SK-1 special kush at 2week follow and a ICE at another 2 weeks behind. So hopefully I cycle uninterrupted through the winter.
