Anyone use these temp controllers? Is the probe waterproof?

I was wondering if anyone has used this outlet for controlling water temps? It says that the probe is waterproof I’m just curious if anyone has any experience with it? I was toying with the idea of maybe putting some sealed shrink tube on the probe to be sure it’s sealed. Any and all info is welcome and much appreciated. Thanks growing friends.

Very cool, personally I have never used one but would think any probe of sort would be waterproof. What does it look like, user manual?

I have two brand new ones,one I took out of box tested in water to mess with it to bring temps down. I bought them for cooling but there for heat. People use them for heat mats too… I have no use for them for heat.

Ever need to figure out amperage it’s
Wattage divided by voltage = amperage
