Let it dry out a bit and check the drainage? To me this looks like overwatering. Also on seedlings I usually never water in the center, especially in a large container. Instead I water in a 6 inch radius just outside the drip line to encourage roots to “reach for it” I have no idea if you’re supposed to do that but that’s how you get citrus tree seedlings to take root better and it seems to work with cannabis also.

And for autos I usually plant directly in a large container since the stress of replanting can set you back 3-4 days of veg growth.

I agree its wayyyy overwatered. Theres standing water on top.
