Just want to be certain they are at an ok size to go into a larger container and into the lighted tent.
I would not put them in a larger pot at this time
let them get some roots in the pot they are in
very easy to over water a little plant in a big pot
just my two cents
all the best and be safe

I agree with @dequilo let them go for a little while longer you’d be surprised the root growth that will happen in the little pots
and you need root growth before you get top growth
Yep, 3rd confirmation for the pot size, you can leave em there until you have at least 3-5 nodes probably…Wait a week or 2, lift em out when they’re a bit dry and look at the roots. You want to see a lot of roots, at least 30% or so of the total surface, covered with em, but not so much that they get jam packed together in the bottom. So like this, or a little less (this is a second transplant, but same principe):
You can move em into the tent yeah but keep an eye on your RH, at least 65% but better a little higher in this stage. Be easy with the light. 100-300ppfd for now will do.
I would increase light a bit to stop them from stretching like that.
