Aspen marijuana shops sold $11.3 million in 2017, topping liquor stores for first time

Well, the comparisons with the wine and beer industries are apt.

From the article:

Legal-pot purveyors hauled in $11.3 million in revenue last year compared with $10.5 million for liquor stores, marking the first time marijuana sales outpaced booze for the year in Aspen.

Neck and neck! Just food for thought, what if those figures for both cannabis and alcohol doubled in the next 5 years? Which one of those two would you see more crime, accidents, health related problems stem from a statistical standpoint? I know what my money would be on :grinning:
