What is your favorite bench height to grow on? I realize there are tons of variables and what is most important is how we use them but… I have seen them almost on the ground, much higher and everywhere in between. We all know hindsight is 20/20 so what has been your experience?

Depends on the size of the pot - higher for small pots, lower for large ones. One of our philosophies is, “If you can’t make it perfect, make it adjustable.”

The height which best suits the method of cultivation you’re using, i.e. the height which makes it easiest to work your plants without having to bend over more than is avoidable.
