Yeah ive been doing this job for 20yrs! I already hit the alignnent goals 2 days ago. Nobody else has hit it. That means if the girl i work with doesnt get 40 alignment by the end of the month she out of the pool because she has 28. That means there is 4 sales people in the front office. And everyone’s alignments go into a pool. The rules are that if all the sales people that hit 40 alignment in the month get a share of the pool alignment money. Its $11 per alignment. If nobody else gets into the pool then i get all the money. Thats $1100. Im already 50k shy of the goal this month. Because it a slow month and the owners want too much money and they set my goals high on a slow month! Trying to hit 5 million will be tuff this year. But ive gotten 3 stores to over 5 million before. Thats why im at this store to help it hit 5 million. When i started here yrs ago they were only at 2 million. If i get the store to 5 million i get $98k a year. Im currently at 80k a year. The top salesman was hitting 250k a month but he was at a huge store with a lot more car count

Holy shit! Congrats on the raise and much deserved promotion!! I do actually love this two in one tent , it’s made my life a lil bit easier , that is until I can actually build a “real room” …. Definitely appreciate you my man! All the suggestions I do take into consideration that’s for sure
