I started doing LST training today for the first time.i originally did the leaf tuck method,but I recently learned to bend the plant over and tie it down.my question is did I tie it down it down right?every since I untucked the leaves and bent the plant down,the one fan leaf has been touching the ground almost.should I be worried?how long do I keep it bent at a time 24 hours?
