BOW4BUCK'S 2nd indoor grow

Glad you knew him…cause I didn’t lol. But anyway, welcome to “over here”. Great place to hang out and great people that are really good growers. Learn new stuff all the time.

Fortunately for us, you can probably learn a few things from @olereynard too. He knows some shit

Well I am sad to report they all died. Just too far along, or I am not good enough at cloning. Used all the top shelf stuff Clonex, clonex nutes in the water. Aeroponic cloner, with humidity dome, but in all honesty they were in the process of dying when I took the clones.

Oh well, back to fem seeds for the next grow.

Yeah I never have them all die but never do all mine make it either. I’m just using a 5 gal bucket cloner though.

It’s been a minute. Man I tell ya, its amazing what can happen to keep you from your plants. Even had my babies leave for a sleep over (long story). They are home now and beyond ready to get to their permanent spot

These V-1 and Blue Tara should have been potted up 2-3 weeks ago. It will happen tomorrow.
Got a couple babies going…

Next round of autos soaking. All these are from @repins12

Hopefully, you will have them stabilized, before your trip down here. Rockwool, has never really worked well for me, like I said on the phone earlier but, there are many that swear by it. Like I always say what works for one doesn’t always work for another. I may give it another try, sometime soon, just because, it seems to work well for a lot of people.
Your plants are looking outmotherfuckingstanding, my friend :v:t4:

Havnt started seeds in them yet either. Should be interesting. The cubes were cheap and its really all I have, some of those are going in hydro. Otherwise I always start them right in coco. Havnt done the paper towel thing in a long time.:v::call_me_hand:

When you are down here, I will show you what I was talking about earlier, with the root riot’s and the tall shot glass, for the hydro plants. I’m telling you people used to make fun of my aerogarden set up and I don’t care. I’ve gotten to the point that I use it to start everything now. I still use a shot glass and hydrogen peroxide, if I am only trying to start a few to go in soil. Soak em until they crack and into their forever home they go. Sometimes, I will dome em for a few days. Shit at one point that’s how I started all of my soil plants :v:t4:

Sometimes the problem with Rockwool is the root pushes the seed out of the top. If you tear little piece off of the side of the rockwool and put it loosely in the top of the hole it cures this problem. Just a heads up for you. I start in Rockwool a lot.

Think ya already told me that. See how my attention span is

It really does make a huge difference. If you do have one crawl out with the root pushing it up, believe it or not I’ve been 100% successful gently grabbing the root on the seed with hemostats and pushing it down below the bottom of the hole in the cube. I haven’t broken the main room yet. Lucky I guess, it works.:+1:t3::v:t3:

Once you have your watering system set up do you feed nutrients straight through the whole grow or or do you just use straight water every once in a while? Are you using Jacks?

I try to treat it as close to hydro as I can. They get fed and watered every day. I probably have enough to start them but will be ordering more Ventana nutes today or tomorrow. I really like how my last grow did on those nutes. Also like the liquid nutes, makes mixing way easier in a 30gal res.

Since you do it like hydro, do you back off from recommended strength? I have gotten in a situation several times with coco where the full strength builds up and burns plants.

Whats the V1’s, Bub?

Last run using the Ventana nutes I ran 1/2 dose up till the last month, then I bumped them up to full strength. About every 3-4 weeks I give them phed water only, kinda a mini flush, just so I get plenty of run off. Worked well…

I was flushing every other watering on this grow and the nutes still got to much in the coco. But like I said before, they are big pots, and I was watering almost 2 gal per pot every three days, so it probably just built up cause so much nutes in 2 gal of water at full strength every three days. Just was wondering how you were running them. Thanks !

The V1 are a cross made by V4vendetta over on OG. Was told im the only one that has grown them so far. This is all the info I got on them.

A V-1 f1 male was used on Sensi G13HP high-yeild females.
The seeds are from the two heaviest yielding sensi females i used that round.
V-1 has never been inbred but continually outcrossed. (Until recently was bred to f2)

I bred sweetooth with blue amnesia, then bred the offspring to grandaddy purp, then that offspring was bred to skunk 91.

LeftHandSeeds bred jungle spice with black domina for a co-op run years ago. I grew out the seeds and found a lovely keeper female (BD leaning). The same keeper was bred with the same skunk 91 male eventually.

The two separate lines were then incrossed creating V-1.

The end result is 50% G13HP 12.5% RoadKillSkunk 12.5% Chemdog(SkunkVA cut)
The remaining 25% is a blend of : sweettooth, blueamnessia, grandaddy purp, black domina, and jungle spice.
