What are growers paying their employees? We are a start up in California and need guidelines on wages for security, trimmers and other facility staff. Any feedback is appreciated.

Thanks for the feedback. That’s great info, and very valuable. What I’m looking for is a competitive wage structure for my job offers and don’t know how to find that.
