Soil and type.
What is your run off ph ?
And have you switched to flower ?
Just asking because of the bloom nutes you mentioned. 
Also light type and height. Wattage. Etc.

Looks like nutrient Lock, I would switch to water only. What kind of soil are you using, super soils have everything you need already. Also make sure your humidity and temperature are in check
