Can I use calcium bicarbonate instead of calcium carbonate

I think I have low pH high magnesium, low calcium issues ATM looking for a alternative to calcium carbonate,(I can’t buy in the area ATM) but I do have calcium bicarbonate and gypsum to treat it with joegrow found a great site that helped me come to this conclusion and suggests a combination of gypsum and calcium carbonate (ag lime) @macgyver_stoner @tdubwilly @missiles @Ladithief @Packee @growernick I’m about to water lol also do I just top dress and with how much

I’m not too sure tbh. I know they’re similar, but googling quickly I’d say yes in a pinch. But why not wait until you can get the proper nutes??
