Looking for some help with my first grow. One of my girls is almost ready but mostly at th top. If I remove them will the rest keep growing or will I shock it to much. Some of the trichomes are turning amber.

Yes you can harvest ready bud sites and leave the rest. Different strains flowers can mature top down, inside out or even all at once.
