Hi, is there or does anyone know of a cbd clone supplier in Europe that can supply clones under 0.3% thc?

Welcome to GN. I would contact a seedbank directly asking them as many questions after reading their descriptions of seeds and find a local contact of clones. Sensible Seeds in Europe are a great start and will have certification of their seeds/clones, so I think start there. Also check our seed dashboard for more information about quality CBD seeds. You can also try seedfinder.eu to find local seedbanks and breeders in your country and contact them directly. Where seeds are made you will have clones.
