So I can’t say, I also can’t say which PPM conversion is being used. Could be KCI or 442 or something else.

Oh wait, if I compare the EC to the PPM chat I can tell, lol.

It is in the 0.5 or standard or most common KCI scale, that chart.

Hanna uses 0.5 KCI a lot, but I think it might depend on the meter.

In the directions, or the info about the model number online, will probably let you know which PPM scale they are using, or that they are only using EC and if the EC is in millisiemens or microsiemens.
