Cherry alien auto biggest buds I've grown so far

What’s up fam hope everyone is having a great weekend!!! I harvested my second cherry alien auto from blimburn seeds and the buds are bigger than my arm… I used fox farms for veg with dyna grow protekt. Big foot mycorrhizae every two weeks. For flowers I used dyna grow bloom protekt mag pro and also fox farms mag pro … when I dry massive buds like these should I hang them like they are or should I chop them up into smaller buds ?

I would hang like they r and have a fan moving air in the room but not directly blowing on the plants. If u feel the breeze too mich by the plant material turn fan u just wanna make sure the air in the room is moving and not sitting stagnate if u washed them i would suggest javing a fan blow directly on the buds til u dont feel the bottom most points of the bud feeling drip wet. Once its dry to the point the bottoms dont feel wet still and leave ur finger wet then hang in a room no direct air flow. Make sure u dry put the most of the water right away as to not create bud rot for urself. Keep the plant in a room as cool as u can get it also. Close to 60 if u can would be best 60 degree nd shoot for a roughly 60 to 62% rh before u bag for cure.

Np dont let rhem over dry before u har them if u have grove bags once at 62ish percent toss them in grove bags they r a game changer. No burps necessary and the product comes out so much better tasting.

Man everyone is saying that about the grove bags… I bought the nicest mason jars half a year ago and I feel obligated to use them lol

I use the glass jars still. I have a grove bag from @happilyretired thankyou sir. Works pretty good. But i have a canatrol machine that cures the buds for me. Once there cured they can stay in a jar just fine.

Bro i bought 12 half gallon jars and 36 quart sized jars for this fun excitement used them forst run and basically moved to bags easier to get stuff in and out mow went to grove bags and they r a game changer for sure. Wish i did these second run. Amazon has some pretry okay prices on the. I got like 10 gallon bags and 20 quart bags for like 30. Ucks or so. Super qorth it. No. Burps necessary with these.

How long does it take to cure in the bags ? Are the reusable or one time use ? And do you just close them like a zipper or do you actually have to heat seal them ??

Try going straight to manufactures web site I think they r cheaper than Amazon

I just close mine for now if long time staying in bag it does recommend to seal it but it dont stick around that long here. Lol

I had the beginnings of some mold unfortunately but I think I nipped it in the butt very quickly but I did have to take off some of the main part of the cola on two of them … It’s so hard to prevent mold with these massive buds especially in the summer… I just harvested a gg#4 and I have massive buds on this one to . I tried trimming the buds down to size but when they are wet it’s very hard . So this time I’m cranking the a/c 24/7 and keeping these temps and humidity down and I’m praying I don’t get mold

Ues i find if the buds r like 3 and 4 inches round when just chopped and more than 6 inches long i break the buds down off the mains seperate. If it dont seem to dry as fast nip it all loose and dry it on a screen in seperate buds or s.aller buds pieces either way. Talk to ravenchief i believe it was dud a water cure on a bud with rot and tge water cure took all the bad away. It cures as it suts alsi so it cuts cure time down alot but i hear it makes for a harsher smoke but if it will save rot weed and make it good hell a little harsh is not that bad eeh.

Is it almost inevitable to get mold when you have massive buds ?

You hang them in a room with temps and rh at 60/60 to the best of your ability. Wait till the little branches are snappy and you should be good. Then pop them into jars burping them for 30 mins each day for 2 weeks. Dont over fill the jar. The jars allow for pressure to build up and it makes things delicious.
