This is role is alot more than a secretarial role and acts as an executive level role working closely with the CEO, working on strategy while coordinating the companies goals. The Chief of Staff also attends many high level functions, and events throughout the year, which is a huge bonus and incentive if you in the cannabis industry. Its also quite a dynamic company to work for, so I dont think traditional secretarial tasks are a necessity.

Well Chris I am retired and going on 75, not gonna start a new career lol. A friend of mine’s daughter works for a big cannibis outfit here in St. Louis. Makes around $150k a year, purchasing agent.
