Looks like this passed the Colorado Senate yesterday so it’s ready to be signed into law.

My main concern with this legislation is the question of who is funding the grants that universities and researchers need. Obviously the National Science Foundation can’t give the grants because they’re federally funded. Without funding, it may just be a purely symbolic gesture.
