Looks like they were marking buds as damaged or lost in the seed to sale system and then selling it under the table tax free.

It’s sad to see when people resort to shady business practices to make an extra buck. I understand that our industry suffers from unfair regulations, but this kind of behavior does nothing to help our situation.
