I know this is usually reserved for growing information, but figured I would have to make note because it may affect farmers that process their own material, including myself in Wisconsin.
What the DEA is trying to do is make it illegal to process hemp unless you can keep the extract under .3% THC.
We need many comments from CBD consumers, Hemp Farmers and Growers, and Hemp Processors. We still have some time but this is something that is going to effect the industry and could set back the years of progress that has been made.
