The grape growers got an injunction against a grow operation, claiming that the cannabis smell would get on the grapes and change the flavor of the wine. The judge ruled against the grape growers, but I’m sure this won’t be the last lawsuit. Will be interesting to see where this one goes.

The weird thing is they could market the grapes as specialty wines! It’s a marketing gold mine!
