Methinks it’s retribution. Even if the dispensary isn’t licensed, it’s hardly surprising that they would target it repeatedly given its now infamous history.
Looks like both sides are at fault on this one. On the one hand, the police already had to pay $100k to settle the previous raid where the cops at the edibles. On the other hand, the store is still operating without a license, so they can’t really complain as long as this raid was legit and done properly. Hopefully the police learned their lesson and didn’t do anything illegal this time.
