Creating a super soil for auto flowers

I’m reaching out to the forum to see if maybe you guys can help me come up with a good super soil recipe for 10 gallon pots. I’m currently trying to come up with a type of organic soil mixed in house to run with this year. With auto’s it even makes my job that much easier, it’s just the fact I’ve never ran a type of “water only” system which I’m very determined to learn and figure out. Obviously most used is subcool super soil recipe, but issue is I don’t have the time to break down certain ingredients in a timely fashion. Does anyone know of a few substitutes I can use in place of the hot ingredients or would I even have to considering the extremely short lived life of an auto?

For me, the living soil guy is @Ladithief! Maybe he can help…?

See @Ladithief, that grow guide on living soil would come in handy now…
Just teasing you a bit this morning… But I think you could probably help here!

With auto’s it’s really going to come down to how hot your soil is, timing is everything.
I transplant auto’s once, I know people that do it twice, again timing.

I’ve always used FFOF but this round I went very cheap with a 70/30 ratio with perlite.

I start auto’s in a cup that I slit down the seems 4 times, and holes in the bottom, that cup when filled with soil goes into another cup.

When it’s time to transplant you basically just peel the cup like a banana into it’s new home, it’s virtually stress free (although shit can/will happen).

Some strains don’t deal well with topping, hot soil, hell some don’t like nutes.

Some people will say don’t top or transplant, it is good advice, but, I also have a sense of adventure

It’s up to you, choice is good

I’ve honestly experimented making my own soil many times and I find that it’s much easier to buy a super soil. Sohum and M2 Michigan made super soils work extremely well and their organic. Just add r o water until flower, then maybe some supplemental nutrients
