We buy our own raw materials and have the diodes custom made to our specifications based upon our Spectral Output… We do not buy any diode manufacturers off the shelf diodes.

I have checked you data sheet and I am a bit confused becaus I haven’t fond informations on
- µmol/J (efficiency)
- µmol/s (max. light output)
Furthermore it is a bit confusing that you talk about a power factor of 0.93 and a efficiency of 97%???
Don’t get me wrong but without that information’s it is imposible to evaluate your approach!
Nevertheless the pricing is far to high too. Let’s assume you got an efficiency of 2,2 µmol/J which would be very good your device would cost USD 2,58 per µmol/s. Compared with a SPYDRx PLUS from @Fluence USD 0,68 per µmol/s.
