Being 22 ive never seen bubble hash until my state legalized. I just picked some up i know that its fire to mix with bud but can it be dabbed without leaving brown residue?

Only if it is fullmelt bubblehash, lower grade will leave residue in your banger. Its probably best to smoke it in a bong or a joint.

Stuff if very sticky how can i tell if its full melt and also is temp or dab a factor?

Dry sieve and water hash are rated on a scale of one to six stars, indicating refinement and meltability. Full-melt hash is highly refined and usually rated at five or six stars.
Sticky is a good sign but hard to tell if its fullmelt. yes to dab you want a reduced temperature for bubble hash, between 315°F and 425°F.
