If so, how is it structured? Do you have a points system or other way of recognizing loyal customers?

Here’s an example of the emails I get from my local dispensary that I go to. They also have a points program where you rack up points for purchases that you can redeem for discounts later. Whenever I have friends in from out of town I take them here so their purchases go on my loyalty points. Plus they always overpurchase and end up having to leave the leftovers at my house when they go back home
