Actually looks like u are over watering, stem is too small at bottom ,let plants dry up between watering

If stalk at base is much smaller than. Stalk above it’s a sign u are close to getting damp off (soil is too wet for too long) let soil dry up more between watering to prevent further damage

@hoppiefrog has it right… keep over watering and will dampen off the stalk and lose the whole plant…
