Im in the second week of flower. I have the Spider farmer sf4000 light. But im not experienced enough to know if i can turn the light up to 100 % power and i don’t want to mess the lady’s up. I don’t have a PAR meter, only a cheap 3 in one meter

If youre worried about shock or burn etc. Just slowly dial it in incressing x amount each week. What does it suggest under that exact light with similar growing set up to yours? What size tent how far away do you have the light etc. Im running a vs 4300 and i have it about 16 inches away the top buds running at about 70% and im at week 6 of flower im new to this light so ive been experimenting myself. Seems i could turn it up another 10 and see what happens from there. Best of luck.

Thanks i had it at 70% last night i turned it up to about 80% and i think they looked ok with it. I have it about 18" above the top bud site now. It says that i can have it 18" to 12" above. But i turned up all the way on my last grow and i didn’t have great results.
This is what my first grow looked like at the end . I made a lot of mistakes while trying to figure things out then.

If you have a smartphone or an iPhone download a free app called Photone and it works very well as a PAR meter.

your plants will tell you real quick if its too much. it took me one day at 90% for them to scream knock it off. i am in a 4x4 tent too now and it is waaaayy diff than growing in a room where 100% worked fine

That’s the ILGM seeds. So at least you know they should be good. Going to have my wife ship them out on Monday for you Mr Monkey420. Hope you do better than I did with them. That grow took about 6 months. I had a lot of problems. But good thing they where photo period, or they would have never made it
