Pretty cool stuff.
Essentially analyzing the artificial selection being placed on C. Sativa by both industrial hemp and the medical/adult-use industry. Industrial hemp (for fiber) prefers longer, stalkier cannabis, whereas almost all other uses for cannabis prefer tiny stems with more flowers.
We’ll essentially end up with two forms of cannabis sativa for domestic use – really tall, fibrous cannabis, and really short, floral cannabis. The wild type will be somewhere in the middle.
