First grow almost complete! Now onto drying/curing!

Newbies here so we appreciate and love advice/criticism! So please chime in with any info/experiences/thoughts!

Hey everyone! First grow/dry/cure for us! So we’re so close to harvesting our first grow (green crack)! Newbies here wondering about drying/curing! So here’s our plan!:seedling:

  1. We’ll be chopping in 6 days (after flush is complete).

  2. Drying environment is our grow cabinet. We have a micro ac/dehumidifier/humidifier (all controlled by trolmaster tent x). Buds will be hung to dry (fan leaves removed but not wet trimmed). Checked daily with moisture meter and snap test (aiming for readings of 11% and crisp snap). Once achieved dry trim and onto curing.

Note: Environment will be total darkness with 60/60 (temp/humidity). Hopefully lol!

  1. For curing we’ll be using the Cure Puck! We’re still looking into all the setting for this but were thinking 62% humidity and auto burp. Curing until extra danky!

Note: Curing area environment will remain between 60 to 64 degrees Fahrenheit with between 47% to 55% RH.

Thoughts? Advice? Help lol!?

Our baby (legal grow)…

Micro ac unit for cabinet…

Moisture meter on the way…

Random items for trim/dry…

Cure Puck setup along with backout sleeve my wifey sewed up (she’s the best)…

Anything we’re missing? Advice? What to watch out for? Wet vs dry trimming? Hoping to pick your brains soon :face_with_monocle::seedling:

U do know u can drill a hole in a 5 gallon bucket and install the cure puck on a lid and use a bucket also just have to make sure it’s not too wet as the pump only pumps in and out so much fresh and old air. Curious to see how this puck works vs the cannatrol setup all these little devices cost a fortune to purchase. Lol. Hopefully they last enough time to make it worth the spend. I’ve never seen none of these used yet. Set to watching on this one ow. Lol.

@Mark0427 Thank you and we’ll watch out for that! We do have a 5 gal bucket too all ready to go! Just not to sure if we have enough to break it out lol! Hopefully we do! That would be awesome! We’re curious as well! Hopefully it last a good while. It feels really well built so thats a plus lol!
