FL lawmakers (republicans) have introduced a bill to limit the thc level in dispensary weed to under 10%.
It has already passed at the first level. It has to go to two more committees- both of which are republican-led.
(Sorry- im not trying to bash republicans-- just sharing the facts of what i read.)
The point was made that dispensary weed is already more expensive than âstreet weedâ.
So if they pass this law, they will be driving people back to using the illegal market.
To me the issue here is not political/republicans. This is a public health issue. People have a right to treat symptoms. Medical marijuana drs have the responsibility to treat their patients to the best of their knowledge and ability.

These are the people to decide prescriptions including fucking dosages.

Well Florida already has legal mj for medicinal purposes. But if this bill becomes law-- they will be controlling/limiting the potency to under 10%thc.
Of course this would make the dispensary weed (already overpriced) an inferior potency.
The Republican congress in Florida were opposed to legalizing medicinal to begin with. However it passed-- overwhelmingly- by voters.
I think this new bill to limit thc content is just sour grapes of the lawmakers who are poor losers. Control freaks.
I want to see legalization go forward, not backward. And it pisses me off to see politicians and their big fat egos push their own agenda rather then support what the public wants and already voted for.
Arent these congresspeople supposed to be representing us??? The citizens??
