My husband has been working on taking down these messy raintrees. After getting ridiculously high estimates to take the trees down, Timmy started getting creative and figuring out how to do it himself! My husband is VERY resourceful!!!
He tied a piece of chain saw teeth within paracord, and ties the branch to another tree with tension.
But next he started casting a fishing line lol!!!

All of his drops have been impressive except one. It smacked our window!!! However the window didnt break or crack!!! Dang
Ok the fishing line is how he gets rope up into the tree.

Okay so T…check it out. I’ve had this rope on my tree for 3 months trying to think of how I’m going to do it…yiu can see i got most of them. This is the same tree that crushed my wife’s car 2 yrs agi… lol

somebody needs to hire a tree climber…cut off limbs …Fell … cut it all up and leave for you to clean up cheapest route…thats just too close to a dwelling…safety issue

Your aloe is cool Loco, mine was a gift from a lady I helped in her garden.
It started out in a solo sized pot, it was so freaky looking, I fell in love with it, half growing in the ground, half in the pot. It has put on some size sinse then, with it’s special diet, left over dog water.

I agree with cww-- u need a tree trimmer bec of the safety issue. But if the estimate is outrageous ( i was told $5000 to take down a tree that is smaller than the one u have!!!)-- maybe see what they charge for that massive limb hanging toward the house.

…i got a quote of $350 with me worrying about getting rid of the wood. You can see I already did most of the tree. I don’t wanna pay someone for shit I can do but those 3 branches are gonna be tricky… oooh I should try it before the new roof… lol

miss t find a tree climber …believe me they’re out there by the numbers…lot cheaper than trimmer…now are they insured …??but you got homeowners .

now i would not take any more limbs out …the climber will use the limbs to lower others as he cut…these guys swing around a tree top like squirrels

He got the fishing pole out which was smart. My dumbass spent an hour and about 10 bangs on the head trying to get it up high enough. The mono used as a guide line is good thinking
