I would check the soil/soiless to see where you are and maybe the run off
that would seem to me a long wet/dry cycle for weed inside under lights
@spliff35 your leaves are not the picture of good health 
when working inside at a time like
this in a plants life I would repot it in to known good soil/soiless, gives you chance to get a good
look at the roots
it all starts there my two cents
