With CT Passing it’s legalization law I am trying to buy into existing franchising companies. Half of all the licenses have to go to CT residents so I am looking to partner with someone that buys into franchises. I am putting half the cost down for a franchise but I am looking for a partner to go in on this with me so I am not over leveraged. I am negotiating a territory exclusivity for the franchise brand so I can corner the market with it. However due to my current business I cannot go full into this on my own and over leverage myself.

Oh trust me I have a consulting company involved. There is plenty of fact checking and background work going on. Everything has to be documented with the licensing process. Including where all the funding comes from and how it was obtained.
