That legal preamble you misinterpreted is the OSSI seed agreement.

So the genetics has a starting point and that is shapeshifters patent. It does not prohibit the creation nor the sales of crosses.
And unlike other seed patents, you can breed, save, replant and clone as you want.

Everything I get is from someone I sell. I personally want to grow some Seattle Chronic strains next. One of the few Breeders who’s every strain is a different cross. Not same one over and over.
