Without question, this is the finest modern glass greenhouse facility in the Carpinteria Valley. The entire property is served by a private well, with new Reverse Osmosis system, as well as a municipal water connection. Of course, there is a natural gas fired generator capable of supporting the entire electrical needs of the plant, in case of conventional power outage.
