So I have been messing around with tolerance breaks the last several months. And I can seriously tell a difference when abstaining from cannabis for several weeks, but what is a short term upper.
Like anything else, your body builds up a tolerance: you need more to get high. A t-break could help you save money and also keep balance. The hard news is that if you partake most days, a true tolerance break should be at least 21 days long , since it takes around three weeks or more for THC to leave your system. Source

So I found this new supplement, called betterhighme.com and its been working wonders. I think it really works. I was wondering if any one here had experienced this or similar products?
@Slym3r , Should I see if I can organise you a sample for you to try, with your tolerance it could be a good supplement to try and you probably need a detox.
Those ingredients sound great! Echinacea, ginger root, and matcha green tea are all known for their health benefits. I’d love to hear how the supplement works for you and @Slym3r. A detox sounds like a great idea—keep us posted on your green science journey!
I hate abstaining. Last time i “Had to abstain” for 4 months because of bad motorcycle accident and it was pure hell for me. Ive been smoking weed for 26yrs. And i get annoyed with stupid people real quick. I deal with the public all day every day for 11hrs. And i have been in customer service for 31yrs. If i dont smoke weed its not gonna be a good day for me or anyone i have to interact with. I literally wake up go pee in the mornings and then go into the living room and i smoke weed. Usually at 4:20 am! I work 11hrs a day so i can only smoke when im home. So as soon as i get home i greet the wife and all the animals and then i smoke weed. I have been doing everything in my life high AF! Motorcycle racing at the track, work…pretty much everything I do high and thats my normal so when im not normal thats not good.
Nothing wrong with that @PreyBird1 , likewise, most of my adult decisions have been high. However saying that I do try one month each year to abstain from one of my vices, coffee, booze, weed, cigarettes, sugar. I have not had coffee at home for over 6 months, and often no longer have sugar in my coffee. I am about to try quit cigarettes. Joints, strange thing is I am hardly smoking joints these days, sometimes I smoke alot, sometimes i dont smoke any for days.
Dealing with people is a another thing, luckily I dont work in customer facing jobs anymore. It must be hard, I battle just dealing with people on the occasion, prefer just sticking to myself on the farm, in the bush.
