Thank you for your questions.
To answer your first question about financing and dealing with start-up companies, unfortunately, we do not do equity financing for start-ups. We are strictly involved with going concerns or actively running businesses that require debt financing to grow their business or keep their businesses running.
At this point in time, we are only available in the United States and we cover all 50 states as there are many support industries (e.g. equipment manufacturers) to the cannabis industry that operate in states that have not legalized cannabis yet. My team of loan underwriters are looking at other countries to start operations in and are doing the required legal due diligence before entering another country market.
