I’m not positive on that one, as the girl scouts are technically a non-profit, so I don’t think they have any claims like the Gorilla Glue ones would. That said though, I wish people would stop naming strains after things that already exist. Can just make things confusing.

Even if they are a non-profit, they still have to protect their trademarks and intellectual property. Granted they probably don’t have an army of lawyers like Gorilla Glue to go after people.
